Meet the physicians of Tulsa Pediatric Urgent Care

Dr. Leah Baxter

      Leah Baxter, DO, graduated from the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine before completing her pediatric residency at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine-Tulsa. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.  She has practiced as a pediatric hospitalist at the St. Francis Children’s Hospital and was an assistant professor for the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine Department of Pediatrics. She has also served as an instructor in Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Dr. Baxter lives in Broken Arrow with her husband and two young sons.


 

Dr. Katie Dalton

Katie Dalton, DO, received her medical degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Dalton completed her residency in pediatrics at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine-Tulsa. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Since completing her residency, Dr. Dalton has served as faculty and pediatric hospitalist with the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine Department of Pediatrics at St. Francis Children’s Hospital. Dr. Dalton resides in Jenks with her husband, daughter and son.

 


Dr. Erin Grimes

Erin J. Grimes, MD, received her medical degree from the University of Oklahoma, College of Medicine, in Tulsa Oklahoma. Dr. Grimes completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. She also trained under some of America’s top Pediatric Emergency Medicine Specialists at Columbus Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She is board certified by The American Board of Emergency Medicine. Since completing her residency, Dr. Grimes has practiced at St. John Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dr. Grimes is also a graduate of Oklahoma State University. She lives in Tulsa with her husband and two children.

 


Dr. Stacy O’Sullivan

Stacy O’Sullivan, MD, is a graduate from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. Dr. O’Sullivan completed a surgical internship and a pediatric residency at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine- Tulsa. During her training, Dr. O’Sullivan was a three-time recipient of the Aesculapian Award for excellence in teaching. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Since completing her residency, Dr. O’Sullivan has practiced at St. Francis Children’s Hospital Urgent Care Clinic and St. Francis Pediatric Emergency Center. Dr. O’Sullivan is also a graduate of Oklahoma State University and resides in Tulsa with her husband and 3 young children.



Dr. Elizabeth Bader, DO, is a graduate of Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.  Dr. Bader completed a pediatric residency through the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine-Tulsa.  Dr. Bader joined Tulsa Pediatric Urgent Care in August, 2011.  She resides in Tulsa with her husband and 2 young children.
